Bingchavers Tonya, Leon, Alain, and Ian weren't really into artificial ingredients ( i.e. Aspartame, Phenylketonurics, etc.) so they decided to have coffee, tea, and plain old reliable H2O, instead.

FAT FAT FAT.... but where's Michael ?

A restaurant with character, Fat Michael's is the place to while away the hours... feasting your eyes on the interesting furniture pieces and decors. One would be tempted to ask who Michael is and if he is, indeed, FAT! But, alas, he never showed up. Food is cooked to perfection but sssssslow . Call to reserve, a definite must. Seats are limited. Food for thought, "Bring CASH, not PLASTICS".

Nostalgic... is the best way to describe the new Ebun cafe. The beveled mirror wall and capiz chandeliers evokes a very distinct ballroom atmosphere. European yet Filipino, serving Kapampangan's best. Try their HaloHalo12s (ingredients) and the Turones (banana & langka). Bingchavers Inna and Alain truly had an enjoyable Chic evening at the new Ebun. Located at the ground floor level of the Greenbelt 3 adjacent to Kitchen. Ebun is one fine cafe you shouldn't miss.

Fleur de Lys

My expectation for this patisserie was high up in the heaven. Fleur de Lys came highly recommended by friends and fellow bloggers. Sad to say that their cakes and pastries did not pass my standards for Great Cakes. On the plus side, the place is a pleasant retreat from the busy life outside. Try their Fleur de Lys ice tea. ( Bingchaver Alain with good friend, Greg.)
